We are a professional private practice who provides outpatient rehab in the home setting, the Modern-Day House Call, for a variety of diagnoses and age groups. We provide one-on-one treatment and continuity of care which promotes a rewarding experience for the patient and the therapist. Therapists have the flexibility to form their own schedule which fosters a genuine work-life balance.
